Philodendron erubescens hybrid. This is most likely a hybrid done with erubescens. Some of the more colorful climbing hybrids have used Erubescens in the breeding. Most of them tend to have red to orange colored stems and dark green to yellow foliage. I found this plant of Philodendron erubescens hybrid growing at one of my friends collections back in the early 90s. He said some of the breeders would sell off all the unwanted seedlings from the breeding and that this was one of the plants he had kept. This plant produces dark green leaves often new leaves are lighter in color sometimes yellow. These leaves can grow a little over 1 foot long and 6 inches wide. The stems are green to red in color depending on age. An easy grower and fast climber. I often compare it’s growth to Philodendron Andersons red another erubescens hybrid.
