Description
Acanthus Whitewater is a very beautiful and odd variegated plant. Producing large shinny segmented foliage with a white creamy variegation around the outer edges of each leaf. Foliage grows to 3 to 4 feet. Flower spikes are white with pink stems growing 2 feet above the foliage. Listed as hardy in zone 7 and 8, I am currently testing it’s hardiness here in zone 6 with some protection. It should be fairly tough.
