Sarracenia leucophylla ‘TARNOK’ I have just recently fallen back in love with Sarracenia plants. When I was young I tried several times to grow them and spent a lot of my allowance on back page mail order nurseries from old plant books. I had mixed reviews at first and I found my main problem was not having a proper bog set up. Now that I have a nice bog full of sand and peat I have had amazing results with little maintenance. One of my favorite Sarracenia’s are these these tall varieties that look like organ pipes. Sarracenia leucophylla Tarok is a tall grower with a white spotted top growing to around 2 feet tall. They are also hardy zone 5 to 9. Plants sold in 4 1/2 inch pots.
